WAVE ASSISTANT APP

Please download the Wave Assistant App. Visit www.fremedica.com to activate your device and choose the frequency packages in both the Health and Wellness Support Modes.

HOW TO USE WAVE 1:

  1. Charge your WAVE 1 for a complete 8 hours. Indicator light on end of device is green when fully charged.
  2. Select a strap for your device and attach to your arm or leg.
  3. The two options to start your WAVE 1 are manual or standard program.
  4. To activate your device go to www.fremedica.com. Download the WAVE Assistant APP. Connect your WAVE 1 to your computer using the supplied USB charger. Select your frequency packages from the APP.
  5. To turn off your WAVE 1 at anytime, press the blue button on top of the device and hold until the Indicator light turns off.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If during the session, the indicator light on end flashes red, that means the battery is getting low and the unit should be recharged. To reset/reboot the device, hold down the blue button on the top for 8-10 seconds and release when indicator light turns pink.

MANUAL START UP

  1. You have the ability to conduct your own test of WAVE 1 by timing the sessions manually. To turn your device on, simply press the blue button and hold briefly.
  2. Once the blue light (Health Support Mode) goes on, use for 1-2 minutes, and then press the blue button on the top of your device to transition into the yellow light (Wellness Support Mode).
  3. Wear for a few minutes in both Health and Wellness Support Modes and see how you feel afterwards. Try this approach over a few days to allow your body to get familiarized and gauge any reactions.
  4. Remember you know your body best. Try the manual start up approach to help build up in incremental stages over time. Work towards 30 minutes of Health Support, as well as 30 min of Detox and up to 8 hours of the other frequency packages in the Wellness Support. Only when you feel ready and your body has adjusted, should you transition to using the standard programmed setting.

SETTING ONE: HEALTH SUPPORT MODE

  1. Press the blue button on the unit once to start the Health Support 30 minute session. The indicator light will turn on blue.
  2. After the 30-minute Health Support Mode is complete, the device will change to Wellness Support Mode.
  3. Press the blue button to turn the unit off.

SETTING TWO: WELLNESS SUPPORT MODE

Press the blue button on the unit twice to start the Wellness Support Mode. Use this for the DETOX mode for up to 30 minutes. The indicator light will turn on yellow. Other wellness frequency packages can be used for up to 8 hours.

STANDARD PROGRAMMED USE

To turn WAVE 1 on, simply press the blue button and hold briefly until the blue light on the end of the device comes on.

This blue light acknowledges your Health session has begun. Your device is programmed to run 30 minutes on Health Support Mode (blue light) and up to 8 hours on Wellness Support Mode (yellow light).

For a Lyme protocol, please ensure Lyme Complete and Detox are selected on your App. IMPORTANT: Select the “i” icon on the top right of App’s main screen then click the settings button on bottom right, and enter 30 minutes for Detox. Your WAVE 1 is now programmed to run 30 minutes on Lyme Complete (Blue indicator light) and 30 minutes on Detox (Yellow indicator light) consecutively. This is an automatic cycle.

After a Lyme/Detox session, you can choose a wellness frequency by connecting again to your computer (the App). Choose a wellness option. IMPORTANT: Select the “i” icon on the top right of the App’s main screen then click the settings button on bottom right, and enter up to 8 hours for run time. Your WAVE 1 is now programmed to run on your wellness option. When ready to wear, press the blue button twice on top of your WAVE 1, to start the wellness session (Yellow indicator light). 

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL WAVE 1 USERS

When using any Health Support Mode frequency package such as Lyme Complete, you must also choose the Detox in Wellness Support Mode to ensure the maximum benefits of your well-being. The recommended timeframe for a Health Support Mode frequency package is 30 minutes and each session must always follow with a 30 minute maximum of Detox in the Wellness Support Mode.

2. SAFETY + WARRANTY

Safety Information

Warning! Electric shock hazard: to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to water.

Read and follow these instructions, heed all warnings, and keep this document for future reference.

  • Your product is suitable for use in moderate and semi-tropical climates only. Set up your product in accordance with FREmedica product documentation.
  • Operate your product only as instructed by FREmedica or your healthcare practitioner.
  • Do not use your product near water, including dripping or splashing sources e.g. indoor fountains or near objects filled with liquids, such as flower vases or fish tanks.
  • Do not push objects other than the supplied or similar charging accessory into the USB ports. Doing so may create an electric shock or fire hazard.
  • Do not, under any circumstance, modify your product, the power cord, or power supply. If the plug does not fit into your AC outlet, have a certified electrician replace your obsolete AC outlet. Protect the power cord from being stepped on or pinched, especially where the cord exits the products or plugs into an AC outlet or power strip.
  • Unplug your product during lightning storms or when it’s not being used for long period of time. • Only use approved attachments accessories supplied by FREmedica.
  • Refer all servicing and repair to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when your product does not operate normally; the power cord/plug has been damaged; the product is been exposed to water, rain, liquid, or moisture; the products has been dropped; or object is inserted into the product port or vent.
  • Clean your product using only a dry cloth and no water or liquid. Protect your eyes The LEDs in your product do not output harmful frequencies, however, staring into them may cause short-term or permanent vision loss to occur. Do not expose your eyes to the LEDs for extended durations.

Pregnancy and lactation: Do not use WAVE 1 or Detox Support when pregnant or lactating.

ESTABLISH A COMFORTABLE USAGE DURATION

Start your usage of the product gradually. Use only for a few minutes at first, until you have established a comfortable usage time. If at any time you experience discomfort, contact FREmedica or your healthcare practitioner for advice. Do not continue use until you have discussed the issue with FREmedica.

DISPOSAL GUIDELINES AT PRODUCT END OF LIFE

Some FREmedica products are non-serviceable, including rechargeable batteries, which should last the duration of a product warranty. Do not attempt to change the battery yourself. If the battery no longer holds a charge and you do not want FREmedica to replace the battery, consult local laws and regulations for the proper disposal of batteries and electronic devices in your region. If there are no local regulations concerning electronic waste disposal, place your product (and its battery) in a waste bin for electronic devices.

POWER SUPPLY WARNING

Caution: Electric shock/fire hazard! For interior use only. Do not expose to moisture, liquid, or heat. Do not use a damaged power supply or try to repair one that is damaged. Do not immerse the power supply in water or subject to physical abuse. Inspect the power supply regularly for damage to its cable, plug, and casing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL WAVE FORCE ELECTRONICS, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, OR ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER, BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, EQUIPMENT, APPLICATION OR NETWORK DOWNTIME, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CUSTOMER’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE HARDWARE, SERVICE OR FREQUENCIES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL FREMEDICA TECHNOLOGIES INC AND ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ALL DAMAGES IN ANY ONE OR MORE CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE ACCRUAL OF SUCH ACTION.

The foregoing provisions shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This Section shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

The customer irrevocably waives, to the extent permitted by law, all rights to trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim (whether in contract, stature, tort (e.g. negligence), or otherwise relating to this Agreement.

GENERAL

This Agreement is governed by the Laws of British Columbia, Canada without reference to conflict of laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Any dispute between the owner and FREmedica Technologies Inc. regarding this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the province and federal courts in the Province of British Columbia.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the customer and FREmedica Technologies Inc. and supersedes any other communications or advertising with respect to the Service and documentation, including any online agreement presented to Practitioner during Registration or any additional terms or conditions submitted by Practitioner, whether part of a purchase order or otherwise. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed waived or modified except in a writing signed by an authorized representative of FREmedica Technologies Inc.

By purchasing this product, I agree, to release liability and hold blameless FREmedica Technologies Inc. including all of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents from all causes of action, suits, penalties, liens, and judgments liabilities, obligations, losses, actual or consequential damages, actual or threatened claims which may arise at any time by reason of relating to, arising directly or indirectly out of any matter whatsoever related to dispensing the FREmedica Technologies Inc. product.

I further agree that should I become aware or suspect any negative changes in my physical and mental conditions, I will notify FREmedica Technologies Inc of such changes, and agree to hold FREmedica Technologies Inc. harmless for any adverse effects from continuing the use of this product.

I understand that frequency protocols and opinions on training vary among practitioners, and that there is no warranty that products may be beneficial that. I also agree that should I suffer any adverse effects while using this product that I will immediately contact a licensed physician or mental health clinician whose care I am under.
